Fun Booth
This is the very first Mac app in Sourcebits' history. It had started off with a custom, black design. We made a bold decision to re-do it from scratch for version 2.0 and this is the outcome: a standardized, sleek OS X GUI and smooth workflow. We obsessed over every single pixel to make sure that the application feels at home on the Mac. In-house, we prefer to think of Fun Booth as Photo Booth on a massive dose of steroids, and we did our best to match (and exceed!) Apple's quality. On top of the amazing under-the-hood technological features Fun Booth offers, we also implemented a stunning Cover Flow view for Fun Booth's media library.
Soon after the launch of Fun Booth for Mac, we decided to push forward with an iPhone version following the same basic UI principles: simple, unobtrusive, intuitive, and fun.
The apps are meant to compliment one another. The Mac version is obviously more advanced and powerful, but both versions achieve our one overarching goal: they make it easy to share fun, original photo creations with friends…by Twitter, Flickr, e-mail, printer, FTP, YouTube – you name it, it’s in there!
