Night Stand

This digital clock was our first project at SpoonJuice, and developed off the basis of an idea that was conceived in at most 10 seconds. We were looking to go with something simple and "clock" was the first object that came to mind. We tried to replicate the look of vintage, plastic LCD alarm clocks we all know from our childhood, and were delighted with the challenge of pulling that off on such a modern, high resolution screen as the iPhone’s.

Night Stand also sports a quite realistic Flip Clock theme — again, designed to replicate a real-world device and invoke warm memories of the past.
